Shipping policy
All delivery times are estimated, but they are not guaranteed. Due to Covid - 19 there may be delay in receiving the packages. Also aware of the business days, which does not include weekends and public holidays. Once the package is sent out to the shipping provider, the arrival times can't be predicted from us.
We have world wide shipping available, but it is different for each country. Canadian orders, US orders and international orders differ. You will receive order confirmation once you place the order. There is processing time which is 3 - 4 business days. Also you will receive shipping confirmation email, once you order is shipped. Expedited and tracking options are available too.

- Stolen packages after delivery
- Mistakes made by Canada post
- Wrong information (name, wrong address)
- Any damages caused by postal service
